Guided Meditation – Reflection on the Four Elements

I filmed this meditation while taking a break from field work on the island of Lana’i in Hawai’i. Reflecting on the so-called “elements” of fire, air, water and earth that comprise our body and planet is a useful tool for cultivating more awareness of and gratitude for the miracle that is life. I hope this 20 minute guided meditation brings you some joy and peace of mind.
