Theta Healing

Theta Healing is a revolutionary energy healing modality where neuroscience and spiritual healing intersect. A short meditation is used to activate a theta wave pattern in my brain, which is the blissful brainwave between the sleeping and the waking state (don’t worry — I am still fully conscious and awake!) This vibration allows for a powerful connection between practitioner, client, and Creator consciousness — with which we work to overcome any physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues the client is facing. You can think of this session as a modern-day Shamanic healing, combining the practices of personal counseling and spiritual healing to create a safe space for rapid transformation. Results are best achieved with regular visits, just as you would visit a counselor.

Session

As a Theta Healing practitioner, I work with clients to:
1. Consult and connect to determine healing goals.
2. Scan the body’s energy centers for any imbalances.
3. Perform “digging” work to uncover root causes of physical, emotional, or spiritual disease.
4. Perform belief testing through somatic methods.
5. Reprogram and replace the client’s belief systems to remove damaging patterns in place of beneficial virtues.
6. Witness spiritual healing and relay helpful messages to the client.
7. Monitor the client’s progress to ensure positive change and well-being.

Cost

Each one-hour session is $35-$55 based on the client’s comfort level. I am more than happy to have a phone consultation prior to our meeting to discuss whether Theta healing is right for you!

Logistics

I work primarily from my home in Pittsboro, but I can travel (within reason) or we can have our session over the phone. Spiritual healing works just as well across vast distances.
