Reiki is a hands-on energy healing technique that utilizes age-old methods to relax the body, align the energetic centers (i.e. chakras), and potentially heal any emotional, physical, or mental blocks the client may have.
In this session, I will not physically touch the client; rather, I work with the energetic body, or aura, which extends about 6-10 inches from the physical body. Even at a distance this “hands-on” energy healing technique is extremely powerful and comforting.
Based on the client’s needs and interests, I also offer a wide variety of essential oils for diffusion and/or application to certain acupressure points. Aromatherapy can enliven the experience by achieving results specifically related to the client’s main concerns.
I also have a wide variety of crystals that can be placed on the client’s body for enhanced and specified healing.
Session
The session begins with a 10-20 minute consultation to gain insight into the client’s needs and goals. Then, the client lays down on a massage table with pillows/blankets to their liking, and a weighted eye cover if desired. Relaxing music or vibrations, tuned to beneficial frequencies (e.g. 432 Hz), will be played in the background. Then, crystals and/or essential oils will be placed and the body. The healing will begin at the crown and move toward the feet, then the client will turn onto their stomachs, then onto their backs once again to finish the session. The healing itself may last anywhere from 30-45 minutes.
The client is invited to relax for as long as they need to feel comfortable. After the session, we can discuss the experience, any changes in their energy levels or bodies, etc. If desired, I can also share any pertinent information I received during the session (images, messages, etc.).
Cost
The cost of a session as described above is $45-75 based on the client’s financial comfort. Payment terms will be discussed prior to the appointment
An additional $5 will be charged should the client desire essential oils either diffused or applied.
Crystals are always applied free of charge!
Logistics
I offer services from my home in Pittsboro, NC. I can, however, travel to the client’s desired location (within reason) for an additional travel fee.
