Reducing the Dosage series is a collection of videos following my journey as I wean myself off of Lamotrigine (Lamictal), which is a mood stabilizer often prescribed for bipolar disorder.
In Episode 10, filmed in November 2020, I implore people to start taking responsibility for their own health by envisioning the world they want to live in, and acting accordingly. I had since gone down from 100 to 75 mg (over a course of a few months which I did not record).
