The Reducing the Dosage series is a collection of videos following my journey as I wean myself off of Lamotrigine (Lamictal), which is a mood stabilizer often prescribed for bipolar disorder.
In Episode 6, I discusses the uneasiness and discomfort in my body as I am lowering my dosage. I explain how my increased sensitivity to external and internal stimuli is having a toll on my mental health, and discuss my decision to more deeply explore ecotherapy as a possible career path and healing modality for myself and others.
